Proven management capabilities.                  

Develop and execute market strategy and tools to satisfy our clients' ESG supplier management needs. 

Build a network of SME consultants to assist with ESG strategy and project implementation for supplier management at our clients. 

Train and capacitate internal staff on sales, implementation and management of ESG initiatives. 

Other tasks and projects as directed by management 

Implement the internal ESG strategy in conjunction with relevant departments that also have ESG related responsibilities. 

Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables and/or workstreams concurrently.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Proven ability to take initiative in problem solving by proposing possible solutions to senior management.

Working knowledge of PCAOB standards, coupled with a strong desire to broaden your technical skills.

Manage and coordinate activities and meetings of CAQ committees, task forces, and working groups involving member firms and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement sustainability reporting programs, including tracking, and reporting on sustainability metrics such as energy conservation, waste reduction, water management.

Manage environmental risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies, lead environmental auditing, and monitoring programs.

Proven experience in developing strategy, promoting, leading, and managing complex ESG cross-organizational projects under independent leadership.

Proven experience in managing, developing, and implementing ESG programs and plans.

Proven experience in writing, preparing, and responding to ESG ratings, reports, and presentations.

Experience with external assurance and internal audit; knowledge of controls methodologies and protocols

Ability to communicate with and manage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike; comfort with IT/systems terminology

Technical proficiency and strong quantitative skills; ability to synthesize/analyze large amounts of information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Partnering with deal team leaders to identify portfolio-wide priorities for engagement over time.

Decarbonization planning and program management;

Nature-based solutions, supply chain management, assessment;

Management of worker, consumer, and community health risks;

Applying a deep understanding of the ESG landscape, regulatory requirements, reporting frameworks, rating agencies, and best practices;

Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of the evolving ESG news, developments and key influencing global drivers.

ESG risk and opportunity assessments;

Experience in roles with significant regulartory or management systems considerations

Experience auditing management systems with multiple locations and control structures

At least 1 - 3 years of professional experience in relevant field of certification audits or related industries

Experience generating risk factors directed from readiness assessments in accordance with framework requirements

Experience in carrying out inspections, readiness assessments, audits, program validations, and/or clinical research

A working knowledge of current conventional and progressive agricultural production practices
