Erp Data Specialist Jobs

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for project management to track key performance indicators.

Extract, clean, and manage data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the upstream oil and gas sector.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.

Coordinate with development, integration, and project management teams.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or other related field or have relevant experience to demonstrate IT knowledge.

Knowledge and experience with SQL servers, databases, query, and reporting tools.

Be a liaison with different departments and teams to understand their requirements and map them to the ERP system.

At least 3 years’ experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.

Support Warehouse Management and Planning activities

Transfer information from old systems into NetSuite

Support the manufacturing team during the implementation

3+ years of working with NetSuite

Must have been through an implementation

Strong problem solving skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

Demonstrated experience in software implementation/conversion through prior work experience and/or certifications

Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators and Planners

Apply knowledge of manufacturing and technology to allow for the development of integrated solutions to resolve technical and business issues

Define the system and functional requirements of technical projects

Continue to build on technical and business knowledge to better understand the link between business and technology
