Position Summary*
The ERP specialist should have a deep understanding of how ERP systems work and be able to configure them to meet the specific needs of the organization. Ideally, candidates will have strong project management skills and be able to lead a team through the implementation process and the ability to design customized ERP solutions and integrate ERP technologies with existing systems.

Ownership*

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance in how the ERP is set up and used.
  • To ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system by providing expert level support and guidance to users.
  • Responsible for user role-based security to control access to system objects by function area.
  • Be a liaison with different departments and teams to understand their requirements and map them to the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with development, integration, and project management teams.
  • Identify and implement effective and efficient process improvements and system enhancements to support business needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ERP systems and processes.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Provide training and develop training materials to users on how to use the ERP system effectively.
  • Use the ERP’s middleware to create flows and map integrations from external systems.
  • Assist in building reports and dashboards within the ERP.
  • Write detailed documentation of ERP processes and configurations.
  • Assist with data migration for new ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for ERP users experiencing technical issues.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and updates of the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that users may have with the ERP system.
  • Ensure SDLC process per Milo’s IT guidelines is adhered in the design, development and implementation of systems changes, enhancements, and new version deployments.
  • Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or other related field or have relevant experience to demonstrate IT knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL servers, databases, query, and reporting tools.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
  • Certification in Oracle ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.
  • Ability to write documentation, perform user training, and product deployment activities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
