Assist the Portfolio Manager in evaluating investment opportunities

2+ years of relevant buyside experience covering therapeutics

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Conduct independent research, valuation, and industry analysis

Create and maintain detailed corporate financial models

Assist with ongoing diligence on new and existing investments, including:

Proficiency in project management tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable

1+ year experience in research, edit, and/or production

Strong communication and organizational skills

Pets + Travel (The Spruce Pets, Travel + Leisure, Tripsavvy, PEOPLE)

Conduct product category research, including expert interviews, to help inform testing

Book and confirm testers for lab and at-home testing

Assist the Portfolio Manager in evaluating investment opportunities for the portfolio.

2+ years of relevant experience on a healthcare equity research team

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Perform due diligence on potential opportunities

Conduct independent research, valuation, and industry analysis

Create and maintain detailed corporate financial models

Currently enrolled in high school or college with a major in finance or economics

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Conduct thorough research on assigned companies, industries, and market trends

Analyze financial statements, industry reports, and economic data

Create 1-2 page reports summarizing research findings

Collaborate with the team in weekly meetings to discuss findings and share insights

Experience in Equity Research is preferred

Solid administrative, marketing, and/ or roadshow related experience is an advantage

A fantastic verbal and written communicator who enjoys collaborating with others; with great interpersonal skills

Solid Microsoft Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required

Analytical and problem-solving skills and a resourceful, flexible spirit will help you work effectively in our team environment
