Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered

Customer service experience or ability to showcase customer service skills desired

Promptly investigate employee concerns and provide accurate procedural driven solutions or escalate to supervisor/manager

Understand UKG platform to be able to assist employees with basic PTO, benefits and wage questions

Extensive experience and training in advanced radiology equipment (i.e., MRI, CT, Interventional, RF Imaging, and Digital Radiography) maintenance and repair.

Specialize Training from OEM’s and/or Certifications preferred.

Completed Ultrasound service training background.

Training of basic electricity and electronics.

Current California driver’s license to operate Hoag vehicles
