Job Title: EHR Epic Analyst

•Serve as the primary support contact for the application's end-users

•Identify issues that arise in the application and working to resolve them

•Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic software

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Applications Analysts are expected to work under the guidance of an IS Manager and with limited supervision and broad general direction.

Responsible for processing inbound/outbound EDI files for Managed Care and Resolute Operations.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Pay Range: $29.56 - $42.87 / hour

Certifications: Epic Certification required in the following applications:

Experience with Decision Trees, Visit Types, Provider Preferences highly preferred.

Ensures and maintains the integrity, integration, and stability of the Cadence and Prelude applications.

Proven experience gathering business requirements, work flow analysis, design techniques, including needs assessment, specification development, quantitative methods, planning and gap analysis.

Manager, Applications, IS EPIC Revenue Cycle - FT/Predominantly Remote

Epic certifications in Ambulatory Claims, Ambulatory Billing, Prelude, Cadence, and/or ROI/HIM.

Past success leading meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties for business requirements and technical solutions.

Experienced working with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, and interacting with all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Manage projects, processes and documentation to support customer needs

Familiarity with defining customer requirements and translating them into design specifications.

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in terms that is understandable to the business

Experience with analytics and visualization (Power BI and/or Tableau)

Implement, maintain, and support sophisticated applications across the entire organization

Provide analytical and visualization support to a variety of business units

Engage with internal stakeholders by listening effectively and clarifying information as well as partnering effectively on the design of automated systems

Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field, or equivalent education/experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field, or equivalent education/experience.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:

4 years of related experience and/or training or combination of education/experience.

Requires certification or accreditation in Epic Inpatient ClinDoc
