Create documentation of business requirements, current and future state workflows

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

Healthcare IT experience in acute care or ambulatory care settings a plus

Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfacing a plus

Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, managers, and end users to configure, customize, leverage, and optimize the HCM solutions

Design, develop, implement, and enhance the HCM solutions to support strategic business objectives

Creative problem solving utilizing application and development expertise

Recommend and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiencies and process improvement

Participate as a Developer and SME in HCM related project implementations

Provide support and assistance in the processing of payrolls to include executing jobs and troubleshooting issues

Coordinates with business users to translate business requirements into analytics, reports, and dashboards.

Certifications in Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, and Slicer Dicer required

Power BI, Python, and SQL experience preferred

At minimum 5 years experience with Epic Cogito and analytics

The Epic Cogito Analyst will be in charge of a few complex projects at any given point in time.

Assists with the design and development of databases; data governance; and maintains and supports analytics applications and tools.

Advanced general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office preferred

Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers peers and management required.

0 – 2 years, previous business analyst or Procurement or Commodities Purchasing experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.

Job Title: EHR Epic Analyst

•Serve as the primary support contact for the application's end-users

•Identify issues that arise in the application and working to resolve them

•Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic software

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Applications Analysts are expected to work under the guidance of an IS Manager and with limited supervision and broad general direction.
