Knowledge, Skills & Abilities and Work Environment

OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience

Two years of post-secondary education or training

Become knowledgeable of statutes related to assessing and accurately interpret and implement any legislative changes.

Knowledge of appraisal theories and techniques.

Knowledge of the rules, regulations and laws pertaining to appraisal and zoning.

Good working knowledge of appraisal software, report development, underwriting requirements, and appraisal methodology

Experience with various appraisal tools (Total, Total Mobile, iPad Mini, Disto, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Collaborate with key stakeholders ensuring synergy with company culture and program and process development

Provide best in class customer service
