Entry Level Operations Associate Jobs

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to streamline processes and optimize sales operations.

A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or relevant field.

1-3 years of sales experience.

Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.

Ability to learn new management systems

Maintain individual expense report and submits to Insurance Operations Regional Manager as instructed

Pursue a program of professional development through completion of educational and departmental goals

Bachelors or better in Finance

Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills required.

1-2 years of pricing or cost analysis experience.

Solid analytical skills and problem solving abilities

Bachelors degree in Finance or related field

This position is entry level, no formal management experience required(but, it does help!)
