Job Description

Strive Asset Management is a new asset manager with the mission to maximize value for our clients by leading companies to focus on excellence. Strive has attracted over $800 million in AUM in its first ten months of operation.

We are seeking a talented and versatile Sales Operations Analyst, who has 1-3 years of work experience, is a motivated self-starter, and is passionate about helping Strive achieve its mission. As part of our fast-paced, startup environment, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with developing sales strategy, generating new leads, managing sales data, and monitoring the sales funnel. If you are data-driven with a passion for process optimization and a desire to grow personally and professionally while helping to restore free market capitalism, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to streamline processes and optimize sales operations.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
  • Summarize key findings, trends, and recommendations in clear and concise presentations for team.
  • Assist on projects and initiatives inside and/or outside of the assigned area, department or business unit, as needed.
  • Prepare sales and investor-related material including memos, presentations, and proposals.
  • Source new sales opportunities through account research, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Gather and analyze data to forecast future sales growth and inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • ”Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH.
  • A FINRA Series 65 license is required within 120 days from hire. Strive will sponsor, provide study materials and preparation course.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
