401k Matching Options with no Vesting Requirements

Administer daily order-to-cash process including invoicing, cash receipts, and reconciliation of bank accounts

Finalize payables processing and vendor maintenance while achieving KPI targets for payables

Oversee corporate card accounting, expense report compliance, and travel reimbursement

Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger including recording all CIP transactions

Assist with the timely filing of local business tax returns.

Monthly Bank Reconciliation experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Record Keeping

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Applicants are recommended to hold an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

At minimum, 1 year of relevant accounting experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

40 hour per week consistent work schedule

Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have an intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
