Staff Accountant Entry Level

Responsibilities - Entry Level Staff Accountant:
  • Completes ACH Daily Transactions
  • Assists with preparing monthly reconciliation for all accounts
  • Compiles, reviews, and submits sales commissions to managers for approval
  • Prepares financial statements
  • Reviews schedules and makes necessary journal entries
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Records and codes incoming checks
  • Performs accounting duties to support the operation of daily business
  • Prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports for Controller and General Managers
Qualifications - Entry Level Staff Accountant:
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to details
  • Automotive dealership office experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment
  • Good math and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Entry Level, a ccounting experience is a plus
  • Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
