Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry stage to post-event follow up

Create, manage and confirm Event bookings using the TripleSeat sales system, including the documentation of all prospect and event client communication

2+ years of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment focused sales

Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Applications

Manage and maintain relationships with clients, guests and vendors

Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus

Work with Clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

Coordinate travel arrangements for guests, including airfare, hotels, transportation, and activities

Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Administrative support for the Disney Character Event management team

Knowledge of Walt Disney World property and property-wide Entertainment offerings

Knowledgeable decision-making within the scope of the role

Knowledge of Character Use Guidelines, Character Department Operations

Knowledge of Character STCU agreement
