Enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment

Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus; ability to create and update Excel spreadsheets.

Location:REMOTE : Working Offsite from anywhere in US

·Manage work activities in your work queue (i.e., enrollment missing information, enrollment with effective date change)

Understanding of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D and C

Understanding of basic healthcare terminology and definitions, such as HIPAA

HEDIS knowledge and experience preferred. Dynamo experience preferred.

Comfortable in both team player and team lead roles Dependable/Responsible/Accountable Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Fully Remote (never coming onsite)

Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.

Ability to talk to members about preventative gaps in care (i.e.. Mammogram, Blood Pressure, etc.) preferred.

Duration:10+ Months Contract with Possible Extension

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

One year of experience in the financial services industry

Basic knowledge of financial products

Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to effectively communicate and earn trust.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge and experience of computers and related technology

Review Explanation of Benefits, denial letters and payor correspondence to classify type of appeal required.

Document the details, requirements, and deadlines of each individual appeal in billing software.

Use reports to manage daily workflow and ensure accounts are processed within required timeframes.

Minimum of one (1) year of advanced medical billing experience

Professional written and verbal communication skills
