Basic knowledge or experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, or CRM software is a plus

Work effectively with a team of developers to ensure a consistently smooth process of code deployment to market

Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management

Product Management experience in life science industry with experience in Protein Analysis industry preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present with impact to senior management

Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across portfolio

Define in year business priorities to guide development and execution of tactical marketing plans with campaign management and Segment Marketing

Work with operations on all elements of the product (Demand planning, manufacturing, backorder management

Advise Management on issues and provide recommended solution

Represent the company during onsite/offsite customer meetings and advise management of meeting outcome and any actions required

Comply with ISO 9001, AS9001, & EASA and FAA requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

0-3 years of experience working in a similar role

Previous experience with MRP/ERP systems and PLM Systems

Contribute to company’s knowledge by updating literature and webpages, and by identifying potential new product targets at scientific meetings.

Ph.D. with 5+ years of direct flow cytometry use or equivalent experience

Must also have problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

High-level technical expertise, good communication skills, friendly, team player, software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience with magnetic cell separation is preferred

Experience with both spectral and conventional cytometry is preferred
