Manages daily flow of inquiries from employees, delegating issues as needed, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely feedback.
Consistently enforces Company policies, safety standards, quality standards, SOPs, and GMPs. Demonstrates knowledge of all hands-on duties related to recruiting.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting role.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interface effectively at all levels of the company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills must include Microsoft Office and an applicant tracking system (ATS).
