Detailed Job Description Employee Relations Advisors are responsible for providing advice and guidance to employers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues. This includes providing advice on employment law, employee rights, and best practice in employee relations. They are also responsible for ensuring that employers comply with all relevant employment legislation and regulations. Employee Relations Advisors are expected to have a good understanding of employment law, and be able to provide advice on a range of employee relations issues. They must be able to identify potential areas of risk and provide advice on how to mitigate these risks. They must also be able to provide advice on how to resolve employee disputes and grievances. Employee Relations Advisors must be able to communicate effectively with both employers and employees, and be able to build strong relationships with both. They must be able to provide advice in a clear and concise manner, and be able to explain complex legal concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Job Skills Required
