Employee Housing Community Manager Jobs

Proposed hiring rate of $15.50 actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

Must have customer service experience

Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Cleanliness, minor maintenance, basic property management and various preparations within Employee Housing

Housekeeping, property management, or other related fields

Communicate repairs that are needed in employee housing units by working with Maintenance and/or Community & Field Operations Managers

Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, and directors.

High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years experience working in the Housekeeping field, or other relevant experience.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Housekeeping, housing operations, human resources, property management, or other related fields
