Overview The Employee Communications Senior Specialist is responsible for developing and executing employee communication strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Detailed Job Description The Employee Communications Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing employee communication strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives. This includes creating and managing content for internal communications channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and other digital platforms. The Senior Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, focus groups, and other activities. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as Human Resources, Marketing, and other departments.
