What Qualifications You Will Need

Education: Graduation from registered nursing program.

Preferred Experience: ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine

Certification: BLS Certification within 6 months of hire.

Understanding of project management fundamentals and experience developing detailed project work plans

Design approaches to evaluate the performance of disaster management programs through general research, surveys, interviews, and focus groups

Develop trainings, policies, tools, and guidance documents related to conducting continuous improvement in emergency management

Use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze emergency management data and programs

Design stakeholder engagement strategies, communication materials, and technical assistance in support of emergency management projects

Engage with and work directly with government clients to understand project requirements, scope tasks, and collaborate and execute project activities

Experience in food service desirable

Ensure that assigned work station is set up and supplies replenished as needed.

Process trays per minute according to the standard procedures.

Follow the delivery and retrieval procedures.

Deliver and retrieve patient meal trays exhibiting positive and accommodating attitude in all circumstances.

Minimum of three years full time emergency medicine clinical experience and administrative experience preferred
