Email Scheduler Specialist Jobs

Accurately schedules appointments, choosing appropriate appointment types, and correct data entry. Professional & responsive communication with physicians, patients, and departments.

Utilizes computerized scheduling and B/AR modules to maximize benefit for AVH and customers. Adapts software to meet needs.

Fiscal responsibility including reviewing and completing ABN’s, Insurance authorizations/waivers, and ensuring completed precertification as needed.

Records pertinent documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, professional standards and hospital policy.

2-3 years of experience in related healthcare field preferred

Relatively high degree of analytical abilities

Coordinates with HR, PEME and Travel departments regarding travel, sign on, sign off, medical and risk management issues.

Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork are the main components of this role.

Three or more years of experience in one or more of the following functions: work force planning.

Diplomacy and relationship building skills preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and written skills.

Review staffing par levels to anticipate and prevent shortages and select appropriate replacements within strict timelines.

Building new Customer Lifecycle Management programs

Management of all ongoing lifecycle emails and push notifications

2+ year experience in email or database marketing in an e-commerce environment

Brand marketing experience especially in relation to direct marketing

Strong analytical skills with a bias towards understanding customer behavior

Targeting, content creation, and delivery of client's subscription and marketing emails to customers
