Completes all training and education deemed necessary by management

Assists other employees as directed by management or group leaders

Assure quality and production requirements are met.

Knowledge of slings, cranes and rigging equipment. Lifts equipment safely, knows where disconnect switches are, loads and unloads trucks, stages equipment

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Reading / Writing skills (literacy) as required

Interest in Mechanical/Electrical systems and aptitude demonstrable by experience, hobbies, projects, etc.

Training in or experience in Industrial Technology, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, etc

Training or experience in Mech/Elec Design or CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, etc)

Training or experience in Information Technology and Computer Support

Rate of Pay: $20 - $25/hr depending on experience

System assembly, testing, and setup/teardown of simulators prior to shipment

Assist with any other task assigned by management.

Qualified applicant must possess a min. of 6 years related experience.

Position requires high degree of electro-mechanical skills and strong analytic ability

Experience with all mechanical hand tools.

Knowledge of AS9100 procedures a plus.

Lathe, mill, and drill press experience desired;

· Knowledge using mechanical equipment associated with performance of duties.

· Minimum of 3+ years’ experience

· Experience with material handling equipment

Bloomfield, CT 06002: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Blueprint reading: 1 year (Required)

· Build equipment based on accurate and efficient interpretation of drawings, schematics, blueprints, and sketches
