Must be knowledgeable with the materials needed and process to strip and terminate underground cables.

Hand lines staff necessary protective equipment needed for work being performed.

Prepare and assemble various line apparatus required for particular work being performed.

Drive and operate the various vehicles and/or equipment.

Keep work areas clean and organized. Pickup scrap wire, boxes, and other discarded materials.

Keep unauthorized people away from work area.

Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills

Work as a part of a overhead telecom crew

Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site

Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor

Handle physically demanding construction duties

Valid CDL-A is strongly desired

Must have good communication skills

Must have good navigation skills

Extensive experience in project management of complex infrastructure design projects, preferably in the electric vehicle sector

Established sales leadership and account management skills

Experience in similar client facing roles; operating and interacting at C-suite

Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to lead delivery of work winning written proposals and influence internal & external stakeholders

Ability to navigate a diverse range of client commercial and procurement requirements

A solutions mindset with demonstrable experience of having deployed flexible, innovation led strategies

Maintain up to date knowledge of all product lines and key features and benefits.

Establish interests in our components and company capabilities.

Demonstrate how Mevotech can help solve pain points in their current supply chain and/or product offerings.

Continue to enhance relationships with customer and all members of their team (President, Buyer, Engineering, Finance, Sales Team).

Manage relationships with Manufacturers’ Representatives.

Update customer on new products and offerings (i.e. Inventory Optimization Tool).

The groundman ensures trucks are properly maintained and stocked with material commonly used on a daily basis.

Prepares equipment and worksite for effective completion of assignments

Verifies proper grounding of truck

Safely controls traffic passing in, near and around work zones

Digs ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, rakes, etc.

Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them as needed.

Eight (8) years of experience in Account Management or Technical Sales or Program Management supporting highly engineered automotive products

Relentlessly monitor market dynamics (global and regional) including customer and competitor developments and recommends strategies to counteract these pressures to management.

Minimum five (5) years of experience as an account manager or program manager, or other customer facing role supporting automotive products

Two (2) years of experience as an account manager in the EV OEM space

Minimum of one (1) year of experience with automotive powertrain and/or power electronics

Excellent interpersonal communication and planning skills
