Experience in workers compensation case management

Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate based reporting systems

Support management efforts to ensure compliance with all corporate program expectations and applicable federal and state laws

Responsible for recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics

Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity

Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations a plus

5+ years minimum relevant experience

Prior experience in regulatory driven remediation e.g., MRA, Consent Order etc. and advantage.

Experienced in working with stakeholders

5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the [industry] sector.

Knowledge of current US & Global regulations pertaining to flavor & fragrance industries

Knowledge of WERCS, Oracle, AS/400

Proven ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to organize, track, and prioritize work responsibilities and regulatory deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree or significant work experience in research or academic research administration preferred.

Provides researchers information regarding the status of registrations; expiration dates, continuing review, committee deadlines and meeting dates.

Must be competent in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and email internet programs.
