Education Services Specialist Jobs in Texas

Assist in the management and delivery of FSMB’s educational activities and programs from development to implementation.

Manage FSMB’s annual meeting scholarship program; provide customer service support for voting delegates of state medical boards and event attendees.

Manage and support the on-site registration desk for live learning programs, as assigned.

Collaborate with the Director of Education Services to evaluate FSMB’s learning programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Work closely with the Director of Education Services and assist with other ad-hoc projects, as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred plus 3-5 years of related experience

Expert knowledge of adult learning and change management processes

Uses needs assessments and appropriate adult learning practices to facilitate professional learning experiences with teachers and school leaders

Possesses experience modeling effective teacher behavior to adult learners in a variety of instructional settings

Experience training and/or implementing state educator performance evaluation system

**This a remote telework position based in Downtown Atlanta.
