Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years' of relevant work experience

Lead a global team of education services professionals demonstrating strong leadership and team engagement capabilities

Build and manage a team of education professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and enablement specialists

Build and manage relationships with customers and partners to understand their education needs and drive adoption of our products and services.

12+ years’ experience in education services or similar field with experience in a B2B SaaS environment

Define and develop a range of educational content, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and virtual training sessions

Evolving training modality from traditional ILT/ELT formats to more modern micro-delivery experiences (self-guided learning, YouTube shorts, in-product experiences, etc)

Provide consultative expertise based on course and training requirements regarding available course offerings

Understand how to conduct requirements, design, implementation, and operations phases of a project

4+ years combined experience in software development, Enterprise customer service, content creation, development, or technical training

Strong knowledge of programming languages such Java, Node.JS, Angular, JSON, Ruby, Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Knowledge of BigCommerce API, RESTful APIs, and eCommerce
