Education Minimum Requirement with Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

2+ years of experience working as a consultant in the healthcare industry with medical claims, membership, and provider data

Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)

Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and data transformation / manipulation

Proven exceptional written and oral communication skills

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Supports alignment of functional program milestones are developed and align to overall operating model and financial targets.

Assists in program submissions by understanding the integration principles, coordinates efforts with business owners and functional leads.

Identifies and leverages various program interdependencies.

Work to achieve program milestones, resolve issues, and remove the barriers that may hinder project execution.

Evaluates program activities and document contingency plans on a timely basis to help mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.

Balancing multiple client projects and other responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics

1-4 years of experience in economic consulting or equivalent

Experience with Python and/or SQL preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Effective interpersonal skills - good team player with the ability to work under pressure

Establishes and maintains relationships with landlords, property manager, and agencies providing housing resources.

Assists participants with working on educational and employment goals when necessary in support of housing stability.

Network with Land Management entities to establish pathways for families to rent at affordable rates.

Maintain records of Land Management entities willing and unwilling to work with this process for leverage in future cases.

Search for available rental units to identify potential housing options and contact management to establish relationships and potential pathways for families.

Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competence.

Demonstrated experience conducting interactive training using adult learning methods and brave space principles.

Demonstrated experience documenting, analyzing, and comparing different and innovative youth development approaches and their applications in various contexts.

Experience with research, evaluation and learning related to positive youth development.

Apply lean and agile product development principles to develop technical resources, including conducting user research.

Test and integrate these tools into current and new IREX programs, and in the pursuit of strategic partnerships and new programs.

Develop learning content to train, coach, or mentor other IREX staff on best practices and tools.

Identify prospects within Canada and use knowledge to acquire new clients.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in economic development, workforce development, site selection, or investment promotion.

Strong skills in Excel, and PowerPoint.
