The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:


Basic Description


Assist in all Maple Stability Office activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Assist in the development of planning and execution. Serves as a key member responsible for central coordination of Maple Stability activities, including Post Day 1 workplans, TSAs, financial management, communications and change management, and process improvement activities. Collaborate with integration functional leads and ensure timely flow of information to/from the leadership team and other stakeholders.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
  • Identifies and leverages various program interdependencies.
  • Assists in program submissions by understanding the integration principles, coordinates efforts with business owners and functional leads.
  • Follows project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Ensures that quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms are in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives.
  • Work to achieve program milestones, resolve issues, and remove the barriers that may hinder project execution.
  • Supports alignment of functional program milestones are developed and align to overall operating model and financial targets.
  • Responsible for the completion of other tasks related to this position as assigned.
  • Evaluates program activities and document contingency plans on a timely basis to help mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.


May require up to 25% domestic travel.


Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.


The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
