Current certification required (indicate date of current issue)

Prior experience in the following aircraft: C-172 , Piper Warrior, Piper Seminole, Piper Archer, Diamond Aircraft

Experience with KLN89B's, Avidyne Entegra PFD, Garmin 430, Garmin G1000

Prior experience in turbo-prop or jet aircraft

Excellent computer operation knowledge and skills expected

Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding in Company Procedures and Policies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

High energy individual with multi-tasking skills.

Contribute to the development of training programs, visual aids and other training materials for classroom presentation and individual review.

Communicates issues of concern, or exceptional achievement, regarding crewmember performance to the respective Fleet Captain in a timely manner

Meet PIC recent flight experience requirements of FAR Part 61.57

Effective written and oral communication skills

Supervises flight training activities and flight students

Monitors and evaluates flight performance

Advises the lead flight instructors

Performs stage checks, end-of-course tests, and flight instructor proficiency checks

Ensure personal currency requirements are being met in adherence to FAA requirements; as well as annual TSA recurrency, as directed.

Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel

As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds.

Safety – Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility

Sales – Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline

Meet and greet customers with world class customer service
