OUR IDEAL EARLY INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

Complete continuing education needed to maintain certification/licensure and renew certification/licensure as necessary

Provide routines-based Specialized Skills Training and/or family training.

Hands-on or direct training of skills, documentation, billing, competencies and theory as assigned.

Continue to increase knowledge and understanding of ECI policy and procedures.

Two years experience working with children, preferably children with special needs.

Attend staff meetings, agency and ECI team in services and trainings.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Exhibits working knowledge of ECI Policy and Procedures.

Follow service implementation processes designed to meet the needs of people served and funding-source requirements.

Coordinates all services within the program and between agencies for assigned children/families.

Performs advanced duties in the implementation of programs design for zero-through-two-year-old children with developmental delays and their families.

Maintains integrity of documentation in client files.

Trained in programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist / Licensed Dietitian working with persons at nutritional risk

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree OR
