Maintains quality control standards for performance, reliability, serviceability, and safety for international terminal and ramp operations.

Completes daily on-duty shift reports for submittal to the Executive Director, airlines, and airport community.

Ensure effective cost management by leading negotiations with external suppliers

Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and performance management processes

Manages the business processes used to ensures the accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements, and foreign currency conversions

Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding industry is a MUST

Airfreight and/or Ocean Freight experience is a MUST

Import and/or Export experience is a MUST

A minimum of 5 years warehouse management experience

Effectively manages staff time to reduce dependence on overtime

DEN - Cargo Duty Manager

Ensures applicable safety and quality standards are met

Maintains as well as up-dates company’s and customer manuals and documentation

Implements and monitors the local emergency plan

8+ years of experience in freight forwarding industry working with airfreight required, ocean freight as well is preferred

Import and/or Export experience is required. Experience with both is preferred.

5+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity is a required
