Transports employees to and from various satellite parking lots

Picks up and delivers supplies and equipment from each campus and off site locations as needed

High School diploma or GED required.

Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Written Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written English with internal and external customers.

Observe and Understand the Requirements for Emergency Response

Ensure HVAC, Steam Generation and Chilled Water equipment is operating efficiently in response to building load and external atmospheric conditions.

Keep current operating logs, etc.

Ensure potentially hazardous materials are properly stowed and/or appropriately removed from plant in a prompt manner.

Ensure reliability and respond as needed to correct minor operating aberrations.

Remains knowledgeable and competent for all policies, procedures and protocols.

Perform and monitor the Quality Checks required according POC device including but not limited to IQCP requirements.

Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7:30pm

Monday and Tuesday from 7am to 3:30pm

Ensures and verifies quality control data is appropriate for the complexity of the reported tests and prepare corrective actions as required.

Troubleshoots and maintains laboratory equipment.

Maintaining technical knowledge and skills through attendance at in service and continuing education programs and participation in other related activities.

The level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally‑specific education and four to five years’ experience.

The analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in‑depth, experienced‑based cross‑functional knowledge.

Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions or well‑developed writing skills.

Receiving and responding to routine and emergency service requests via on‑line work order, radio dispatch or as assigned by supervisor/group leader.

Performing minor repairs of designated hospital systems and equipment following established procedures and instructions.

Saturday - Sunday from 7PM - 7:30 AM

Monday - Tuesday from 11PM - 7:30 AM

Maintain and repair normal and emergency power electrical systems.

Performs preventive maintenance of all electrical panels, transformers, motor control center, and emergency generators.

Installs, maintains, and repairs a wide variety and large volume of electrical motors, generators, and fans.

Provide customers with material cost and labor estimates for installing electrical circuits and components.
