A minimum of 3 years of radio sales management experience is required

Inventory management to include developing innovative revenue streams maximize profit opportunities

Experience in sports radio format with knowledge of negotiating talent contracts is preferred

Develop and manage the annual budgets, including accurate forecasting

Manage a team of Department Heads who work directly with the clients to provide successful customer solutions

Manage wide array of sports marketing assets

Look for ways to proactively assist the guest to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the respective department manager in a timely manner.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Communicate venue information about policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.

Answer questions about common venue programs such as upgrades, purchasing fan merchandise, etc.

Direct restroom and concessions lines, as needed, to shorten guest waiting times.

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.

High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.

One (1) year of experience in a food service outlet; two (2) years of experience in the culinary industry is preferred.

Follow SOPs, recipe books, and guidelines and have all necessary supplies to provide consistency and quality of service.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and those of the Department of Indian Health.

Maintain service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
