Oversee employee benefits: 401(K), Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurances

Monitor Employee Time & Attendance, including California 5th hour penalties and automotive technician hours

Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions

Prepare/file all hiring and termination paperwork including I9 verification, background and drug screening scheduling

Case Management Experience - 1 year

Customer Service Experience- 2 years

Strong Computer, strong typing skills

Serves as the first point of contact for employees reaching out to human resources for support.

Provides resources and solutions to inquiries and maintains documentation.

Escalates issues as needed and helps identify opportunities for service center process improvements.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Delivers GFS safety training and education necessary to meet regulatory OSHA compliance requirements and GFS safety objectives

Tracks training completion utilizing the learning management system and provides reporting on training completion to employee and supervisor

Supports the Maintenance Department’s Contractor Safety Program, Process Safety Management (PSM) Program

Monitors effectiveness of training by auditing employee knowledge, observing employee behavior and tracking incidents

Manages the incident and injury investigation process and works with supervisors to determine required follow-up and corrective actions
