Collaborate with enterprise learning peers to leverage existing products and experiences and identify solutions that achieve shared results.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of learning and development experience within Diversity, multi-branded environment including developing, implementing, and delivering training
Use expertise in diversity and inclusion as well as adult learning to develop learning strategy.
Ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed.
