Provide on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills to GMs, AMs, and crew

Evaluate management needs for the area and recruit/staff according to People’s needs

Provide direction on the company, zone, and area goals and offer a plan to achieve them.

Review each store’s schedule and offer feedback based on PWR reports and best practices

Manage all Corrigo and Vendor requests

Ensure all personnel and stores have the appropriate tools to operate a business

Manager on duty responsibilities (touch base/coaching, issue resolution, floor/phone mgmt., task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)

Parts and automotive system knowledge skills

Speak and write English (bi-lingual a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and upper management

Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and professional customers

Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.

Superior communication and customer service skills

One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred

Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism, an enthusiastic attitude and effective communication skills

Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers

Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status

Review daily sales, food cost and labor. Adjust and follow up accordingly

Ensures proper training of Team Members

Experience in retail stores at the Area Manager level, preferable one to two years of field management experience

Recruits, interviews, and hires store management candidates (per RVP’s/DM’s instructions)

Completed the DMIT certification course or one to three years Multi Store Supervisor experience in retail.
