This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the distribution center staff. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for managing the payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
