Dispensary Assistant Manager Jobs

3- 5 years of inventory management experience preferred.

Identify and Anticipate current and future customer trends and requirements.

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends

Achieves financial objectives by preparing a weekly KPI report.

5-7 years of retail management experience required; Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience a plus

Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management

Skills in interviewing, talent selection and performance management of hourly and salary team members.

Required Experience, Education And Skills

Experience leading and motivating a team of hourly and salary employees; skills include recruiting, onboarding, training, managing employee relations and coaching.

Experience in a dynamic role that combines problem solving, teamwork, technical skills, and customer service!

Point-of-Sale and cash management experience is required;
