Discretionary Business Development Representative Jobs

3-5 years of relevant accounting experience ideally focused on real estate, development, and/or property accounting

Superior organizational skills must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask

Good work environment and culture

Provide backup and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.

Maintain/reconcile general ledgers and work papers.

Reconcile CAMs, bill backs, and calculate escalations.
