Literacy in computer applications, Microsoft Suite; Excel required; knowledge of SQL, CIS, and other City oriented systems.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Assist with the entire e-Discovery process, from ingestion, production of e-Discovery materials, and through archiving.

Must have strong communication and presentation skills.

Work closely with the Photography Department to develop ideas, manage and maintain the network brand.

Work closely with the Production Manager of Digital/Print Design to keep all projects on time and on budget

Organize and manage the media files graphics assets and graphics deliverables files on the various servers and archive systems

At least 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a TV network or design studio

Expert knowledge of all current graphic software including Adobe CC Suite, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint

Create databases and respond to the needs of department management, legal teams, or clients.

Manage the implementation of database systems, external web-based document repositories, external web-based case management tools, etc.

Manipulate data load files between litigation review platforms to assure quality and cost efficiency of document review projects and document management.

Client interaction and support including project management, budgeting, status reporting, etc.

Relevant experience required, as well as experience in a Litigation Technology Support role; Full-cycle litigation experience required.

Technical knowledge to include Microsoft O365; Relativity; and SQL
