Experienced in specialist areas including DRM policy drafting, emergency response, and information management.

Disaster Management Specialist – Preparedness Exercise (Consultant)

At least 10 years of experience working in DRM in Indonesia and/or the wider region

Experienced in working in consultation with government and civil society and community partners

Experienced in working with BNPB and/or BPBD is an advantage

Master’s degree in relevant field study

Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with social services or service/program delivery, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Proven track record of collaboration with diverse groups and individuals, managing multiple priorities, facilitation, problem solving, marketing, leadership, and partnership management.

Must be able to perform all assigned responsibilities under “grey sky” requirements.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

1+ year of experience in adult learning, workforce development, career training, or another employment-related field

Associate degree from an accredited college or university

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology

Analyze opportunities for improved program service and make recommendations for implementation. Implement assigned programs or services to meet goals.
