YOUR ROLE AS A CAREER PREPAREDNESS EDUCATOR
In this role, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to develop a training curriculum that will empower our participants to conquer the challenges of the modern professional world with finesse. As a master of collaboration, you will consult with our exceptional staff to understand the specific curriculum and training needs of our participants. From textbooks and handouts to captivating workbooks and other sources, you will curate a toolkit of curricular brilliance.
You will also facilitate life skills and work readiness groups that will serve as the ultimate launching pad for our participants' success. With your guidance, these sessions will be brimming with engaging activities, thought-provoking discussions, and practical exercises that will equip our participants with the tools they need to thrive in the professional landscape. In addition to your facilitation wizardry, you will also take charge of coordinating and supervising independent job searches and hiring fairs. So, if you possess a dash of creativity, a sprinkle of coordination skills, and a spoonful of passion for empowering individuals, then this role is tailor-made for you!
Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in adult learning, workforce development, career training, or another employment-related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university
