Detailed Job Description The Director of Water Plant Treatment is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, ensuring that the plant is operated in a safe and efficient manner, and providing training and guidance to the staff.
