Remote work experience or the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Meet with team leads and management weekly, to provide updates on tutoring students.

Proven experience in teaching and tutoring, preferably in SAT and ACT exam preparation.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in higher education institutions with experience related to student success.

Knowledge of current employment and recruiting trends.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Develop and implement creative retention strategies to engage students and support student success during their time at AIU.

Hire peer tutors, and teaching assistants in coordination with VPAA.

Prepare and approve timesheets for all tutors and teaching assistants.
