Director Of It Support Operations Jobs in California

Responsible for monitoring, alerting and maintaining workplace services (including the design and implementation of a mature event management solution)

Assist in security incident management

Understand enterprise application estate (managed by enterprise tech team) and manage touchpoints (e.g., user management)

You have experience hiring, managing and leading other IT professionals.

You have experience with managing Office365, Jamf, SCCM, Okta, Cisco and Juniper or equivalents.

You have hands-on experience in support executives and staff with their laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

Proven experience developing, planning, and executing enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives.

5+ years of proven experience leading an IT Operations team.

Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.

Experience managing on-premise datacenter, as well as cloud providers.

Strong virtualization experience including VMware vCenter.

Strong server and storage experience. Cisco UCS, PureStorage, and NetApp are preferred.
