• One year experience in business, marketing, industrial management, or manufacturing.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, industrial management, engineering, or a related field is required.

• Applicants having an equivalent or relatable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

• Must demonstrate background and experience with being client focused.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Manage the Supplier Scouting program and participate in the national Working Group

• Work with supply chain database partner(s) to manage the data collected

• Design supply chain training programs in partnership with educational partners

• At least fifteen years of experience leading supply chain and/or manufacturing operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accurate grammar and spelling

Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management or business. MBA preferred.

Support Presidents and GMs to drive 80/20 methodology and processes

Responsible for driving 8020 consistency and sustainability in the businesses

7-10 years of experience in business process optimization, operations management, or related fields, 5-7 of which should be in leadership positions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Manage and lead a team of business analysts and process improvement specialists.

Experience in a technology-driven industry preferred.

Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations, including process optimization, automation, and technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for business optimization.

Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.

Experience in supply chain modeling & simulation.

Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated experience in motivating, influencing, solving complex problems, and driving change at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in a compliant supply chain.

Operationalize roadmap to multi-generational plan, organize execution and involve all required stakeholders, where necessary.

Formalize analysis and recommendations into executive summaries for decision making.

Demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and experience in Supply Chain modeling, data analytics, cost to serve, inventory strategies, and process improvement and standardization.

Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

Sets the direction for the pursuit of Supply Chain innovation, modeling, and analytics capabilities within the Supply Chain organization

Develops strategy for inventory optimization and distribution excellence, in partnership with Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Commercial Leadership, and Strategic Global Sourcing

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.

10+ years of experience as a hands on leader who can communicate with team members at all levels

12+ years of experience specializing in building supply chain optimization models

Define strategic roadmap within ML / advanced analytics focusing on supply chain optimization

Hiire and lead a team of Data Scientists specializing in supply chain

Create models to analyze the Supply Chain network needed to support current inventory and future sales growth

Develop Inventory Planning and Distribution strategies

10 years’ experience as a manager of multiple direct reports and budgeting experience, including satellite Distribution Center facilities.

Develop and manage the department budget as well as reporting on qualitative and quantitative results

Manage the strategic planning processes for the SC Network which include Sort Centers and 3PL facilities.

Develop leadership skills of subordinates by determining developmental needs and opportunities.

Strong organization, planning and leadership skills are required.

Extensive knowledge of ecommerce industry, with particular emphasis on supply chain and operations.
