Project Management certifications are an added plus

Communicate and appropriately escalate risks to implementation timelines to management as needed

Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables for each member of the implementation team

A bachelor’s degree; knowledge of healthcare integrations, cybersecurity and firewall infrastructure are highly desirable. An MBA is an added advantage

5+ years of experience with managing teams or people

5+ years of experience with industrial/logistics’ projects

Experience with project management, project implementations and change management in operations organizations

Experience with Word, Excel, and organizational documentation file management systems

Experience working in a team and operational environment to manage systems

Coordinate with other departments as assigned including but not limited to facilities, Vessel Engineering, Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.

Manager of ISO/Respect & Training to implement such systems, plans and control of records and documentation.

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and management experience.

Manage the child identification and selection process, including developing and sustaining a robust, formalized process, and training and supervising process participants.
