10+ years of retail experience

Proven experience monitoring, tracking and reporting KPIs to fuel sales results.

Strong communication and analytical skills

Lead workforce planning strategy by ensuring market down to store level is rostering using match to traffic data to optimize conversion.

Lead the road map planning of the Americas Retail Excellence strategy annually, seasonally, and quarterly.

Superior time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities to juggle live transactions and daily tasks

Collaborate on presentation materials for discussions with clients on currency risk management. Participate in client discussions

1-3 years' experience in the business

World Markets Reuters (WMR) order management;

National Futures Association (NFA) trade booking requirements for timeliness of trade reporting;

Analyzing and identifying corporate, central bank, real money, hedge fund and private equity; foreign exchange risk and executing hedging programs;

Financial services and Global Markets products, including pricing of FX and FX derivatives such as swaps, options and other structures;

Selling and pricing deposit products;

Performing capital costs calculations to identify the appropriate Credit Valuation Adjustment in relation to pricing client transactions;
