Director Of Revenue Cycle Jobs in California

Monitor and manage revenue cycle (A/R aging, Denials, Short Pays, Appeals) on key performance indicators on a weekly basis.

Manages the overall roadmap, planning and execution of the strategy to deploy A/R, revenue, collections, and access solutions.

Lead and coordinate analytic activities (analyses and report creation).

In-depth knowledge of net revenue, patient accounting and accounts receivable management

A/R management, collections, and reconciliation

You have 1-3 year experience with systems and operation that manage billing for several TINs and medical groups.

Establishes workflows to manage and continuously improve the company’s enterprise revenue cycle across multiple physician groups.

Develop and maintain an overlaying membership strategy to drive improved member experience while driving a consistent member revenue cycle.

Drive insurance-related special projects, including remote patient monitoring. RPM Billing and assist with payer contracting

Managing cost effective and efficient processes and outcome management within revenue recovery.

Strong skill set in prioritizing, strategizing, meeting deadlines, and following up on assignments, roles, and responsibilities with minimum supervision.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ten years of progressive revenue recovery experience and senior leadership experience. Demonstrated experience with collections, billing, credit, and driving metrics.

Demonstrated experience with transformative change and recovery success within a virtual revenue recovery operation.

Hands-on experience with Third Party Administrators, healthcare providers and facilities.

Collaborates with the management team to improve the reimbursement for services rendered and the profitability of product lines;

Develop appropriate reporting for various levels of management;

Principles and practices of organization, administration, personnel management, labor relations and budgeting;

Work effectively as a member of a management team in a large Health and Hospital system; and

Develop and maintain processes and controls that are in compliance with regulator requirements;

Direct and manage patient accounts to ensure accounts are collected appropriately and to optimize cash flow;
