Provide guidance and leadership in the delivery of outstanding guest experience, culinary operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, marketing, and profitability

Three or more years of management experience, inclusive of regular client interaction

Proficiency with financial aspects for the role, from budgeting to interpreting results and interacting with management team

Plan, identify, communicate and delegate responsibilities throughout the area to ensure excellent operations are consistently achieved

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong working computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Determine and meet strategic objectives for account management, product marketing, distribution and new business development in all channels.

Manage the distributor strategy aligned with key global direction. Ensure best practices and operational disciplines are consistent globally.

Work with global team on key corporate initiatives in marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.

Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and/or business development experience. Experience in the footwear industry in Latam region preferred.

Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team.

Strong business acumen. Understands market developments. Knowledgeable of the competition and aware of how strategies & tactics work in the marketplace.

5+ years of HR leadership experience leading an HR Business Partner Team

Experience with selling complex software/SaaS platforms into large strategic and global accounts, preferably in LATAM

Experience focusing on driving new portfolio launches and executing GTM strategies

Understanding and experience with strategic sales methodologies and CRM platforms

Dynamic and self-motivated with strong presentation and customer facing skills

Drive adtech revenue growth at media companies in LATAM

Build and execute Strategic Account Plans for each assigned strategic account in order to meet and exceed quota

Education Requirements: BA or equivalent plus 4 years relevant experience

Manage timelines, elevations and collaborate with the Project Management group to meet committed product launches.

Effective communication with internal customers (affiliates, regulatory affairs, materials management, project teams, etc.) and external customers (print suppliers, translation agency, etc.).
